Absolute the worst recruiting agency I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Zero effort on personalizing communications to their candidates. Zero effort on following up on messages when clarifying what you'd like to be contacted about.

Their whole operation can be summarized as an email spam list. They use an automated shotgun approach with obviously no thought for if the candidate is actually a good match or not.

If you are a candidate looking for a job, STAY AWAY from this company as they don't give a damn about you personally.
If you are a company looking for candidates, STAY AWAY from this company as it will just waste your time with mismatched candidates.

I've dealt with dozens of recruitment companies throughout my 15 year career, and VMR Consultants is by FAR, the ABSOLUTE WORST. It puts a shame to the entire profession.

Absolutely unreliable, making promises but not keeping them. Spamming with automatic Emails and no responses if you have questions. Then a few months later they call (different person every time, every call & every Email) and try to sweet-talk you into working together again, making promises but again the same old story... Would not recommend at all for companies and for people looking for a job! Very dissapointed and would've given not even one Star if possible

Constant cold messaging on LinkedIn by many of their recruiters and often they just keep on messaging after the polite rejection. The offered positions often miss the target by miles and that phone call that they always keep pushing wouldn’t make a difference.

Fake LinkedIn headhunters try to steal your personal information like your mail address and phone number. They promise you to call you, ask for your number and then they never call you.

I was called by a smart guy called Robert who wanted to fish information about our company. When I refused to give him any data he turned into an arrogant and inpolite dude.

VMD Consultans, learn that NO MEANS NO. Don't GET RUDE !!

I don't know if VMR actually have humans working for them or their speciality is actually recruitment. But myself and all of my colleagues seem to be receiving the same 'spam' from the same VMR consultant almost daily.

Initially we responded fairly and from their the conversation got worse, to a point of being unprofessional - demanding that personal information is handed over.

Avoid VMR.

Got emails from them, told them what my minimum requirements are, never got an answer but continued to get Emails from them.

Told Matthew Springham on Linkedin about it, he promised they wouldn't contact me again but they still do.

Incredibly annoying, constant spamming on LinkedIn, cold calling and lately even email spamming.

The least professional headhunting agency I've ever met. Please stop.
