Sadly I have had to edit this review - the support staff have been great, however, three months after raising queries relating to being charged support for servers that were decommissioned years ago I have not had a response from management to review and rectify the charges. Very disappointing from the management.

Method are a great IT Support company to work with. Matt and the team are always quick to respond and helpful. We've worked with Method for a couple of years now and throughout this period we've enhanced our IT infrastructure, support and understanding of our systems, and critically really strengthened our cyber security.
