I have known Ian as my go to Osteopath for over 5 years and in 2020 I decided to use Ian to bring coaching support into my business at the start of the first lockdown.

The value of the work undertaken has reduced stress levels in the firm, drawn out our strengths as a team, defined areas of development and increased individual emotional intelligence.

I was introduced to Ian as I had a problem where I had an idea of my career goal but was unsure which path to take to achieve a suitable qualification.
We spent some time together where we discussed my ambition after which Ian was able to lay out the different pathways available to me, the pros and cons of each pathway and where they all may lead.

Ian Is truly amazing at what he does.
When I first started my business coaching with Ian I’d been through a very tough time finically and mentally and was ready to give up and sell my business that I have been running for 9 years.
