Great Service, got looked after by Nigel. Discovered I had a puncture. Nigel managed to squeeze me in same day, even though they were busy. Assessed the puncture as irreparable and another tyre down to below 3mm tread, so ended up getting a couple of replacements. Great advise and good value. Really grateful for being seen so quickly. Thank you.

Have had to put 3 stars because upon collecting my car and driving around I had to check the PSI. Was overinflated to 47PSI (meant to be 36PSI) Not great when I am sliding all over the road with my 2 year old in the back. Other than that have never had any issues

The actual garage itself is good. Tidy job and staff good. However this business is run in a way that stings everyday people out of an extra £30-40 per tyre. Website and the building are ran as 2 "separate" businesses. So the price you see online isn't what you pay when you arrive. ALWAYS CHECK WEBISITE PRICE compared to over the counter

Booked service and mot online.
Mot had to be changed to a different day and time due to unfortunate circumstances. I'd accidentally turned up on the right day, but the wrong time when everyone had gone home. Re booked without any problems.
Slight issue that caused the mot to fail, advise given to rectify and asked to book on for a retest. Took the car back to book the retest and it was done there and then.

Checked the website it said my tyre could be fitted within one hour, when I got there I was told this wasn't true and the website wasn't linked to their calendar. The only help offered was to
check with sites mikes away not great when you are driving around on a run flat with a puncture. Wouldn't try and use again

After changing tyres with this company, my car developed a rattling sound in left corner, thought maybe suspension problem I found out that whoever fitted tyres have thrown a piece of old vent inside the wheel and it made a rattling sound. Disappointed!! Avoid at all costs !!

Audi told me a needed new discs and pads - Protyre saved me £1800!!

The mechanic was open honest and insightful. Informed me that i had plenty of safe miles on my discs and pads and that i could easily run for another 6 - 9mths and then change them both at the same time.

The disc did have a scratch, a stone had potentially got stuck between the pad and disc.

This made a big difference as I was already buying 3 new Pirelli tyres
