Was given a letter accusing me of something I haven’t done ! Nice company ! Not! Regarding the companies reply - the letter states “we are aware that since you spoke to one of the directors that some of the signs were removed” I have the letter if anyone would like to see! Not a problem. No one else in the block for a letter. One of the directors of your company lives in this block and is happy to have neighbours smoking weed next door to her but because her child is scared of dogs - has been a problem since.

I moved to Portsmouth, UK, two months ago and I chose GD3 to rent a property. I had a very good experience, as we were able to find a property in one of the best areas of the city and my budget was met. Thanks GD3, especially to Andreea! During my time within my property rented through GD3, i got the pleasure of dealing with Dan E, he was most helpful with all enquiries giving a speedy response and sorting any issues i had. I would highly recommend asking for him if you rent through this company as other agents where less helpful at the beginning.

We went for one viewing with GD3, and came out very unhappy. The person that was showing us around was insanely unprofessional, he was swearing constantly, about the property and the current tenants too. He was extremely sexist, refused to talk to me ( a female) he only spoke to my partner (a male) even if I was the one to ask the question. I asked about mold, knowing that there was loads in the bathroom that we'd just seen and he tried to tell me that there was none and they've never had any problems with it. The property was very unkempt, the floor was lifting, there was mold everywhere and cracks and leaks in the ceiling. When I asked about the cracks and leaks, he told my partner that he wasn't allowed to fix them by law, which makes no sense.
In summary, we would never even view another property managed by GD3, it was a very unpleasant experience and the property was not looked after at all.

Andreea at GD3 has been so helpful in helping me to set up a new flat for my disabled brother. She is friendly, welcoming, respectful, very organised and diligent. In fact, nothing is too much trouble for her. Even though it is some months now that my brother has been in the flat, Andreea always asks after him. A real gem who I would highly recommend.
