I started working with Wildbookkeeping when I realised my small business had just gone over the VAT threshold. I was feeling very out of my depth and confused about how to move forward with my accounts and business. Penelope and the team reassured me everything was ok and helped me to work step by step to take charge of the situation and get everything sorted in the time scale it needed to happen to file my first VAT return on time. They helped me move forward and go from a small business with a spreadsheet and receipts for our accounts to a business that now uses online software for my accounts. The personal service I received I don’t think I would get anywhere else, they make sure they understand your business and personal circumstances to ensure the job is done around you. As a mum of young children and a busy business zoom calls often wasn’t possible so Penelope offered me several evening zoom slots to ensure we communicated effectively and got the job done. I can’t recommend wildbookeeping enough.

We're a very small business but that makes no difference to the service we receive from Penny and her team. Questions are often dealt with the same day and advice or explanations are always clear and precise. If they don't know something personally (and they seem to be clued up on most things) they'll find someone who does and there's always a way to move forward. Pre Wild, my accounting journey was full of bumps, but we've been with WILD for a while now and wouldn't dream of using anyone else.
