I was so impressed by the service given by Cubitt and West, Tracey and Yas in particular, in trying to find me a flat. They ensured I saw new flats on the market really quickly, and totally understood what we were looking for, so didn't waste our time on unsuitable viewings.
The viewings were professionally delivered by Tracey who was able to answer questions about each of the properties we saw. And explain processes such as the modern auction.
Their professional approach, friendliness and knowledge was much appreciated, and I am very grateful to them for their time and effort.

What a nice friendly team
You have at Cubit and West Southsea. Myself and my partner are looking at some investment property for retirement and the team of Jacki Samara Harry and Tracey were very helpful and knowledgeable on what to buy where to buy etc. I think Harry’s enthusiasm may have fractured a bone in my hand but in a nice way. 😉 The local knowledge for someone out of town is invaluable for our decision making. We’ll be back when we are closer to a purchase.

We came back to Cubit & West after we bought a house through them a number of years as was impressed by the service received.
We have returned to Cubit and West earlier this year to use them again.
Since April we have been very impressed with their very friendly and professional service to us, from initiation to small seemingly trivial items that arise during the course of selling a flat.
No problem or issue has been ignored and every item has not been trivialised or made to feel daft.
We have been kept informed at each stage of the process plus any additional data as that occurred.
We would thoroughly recommend using this Estate Agents for any purchase or sale on any property they are handling. Plus using any of the great staff there including Harry, Tracey, Julie and ably led by Samara.
We would not give using this great team again a second thought.

I have never had such a terrible experience with an estate agent when selling a property— and we’ve sold three prior to this! Communication was non-existent: emails were sent, calls were made, but not a single one was returned. We even sent a formal notice to terminate our contract, and instead of trying to understand why or offering to resolve the issues, we simply received a generic email about the termination period.

When we went to collect our keys, there was no effort to address our concerns or offer any form of customer service. The key was just handed back to us with no conversation, which felt incredibly cold and rude.

Absolutely do *not* recommend this agency. There are so many better options out there that actually care about their clients.
