From actual experience I'm of the opinion that 'Tom Hiley' is a one-man band who has created a very poor website using library images & copy/pasted text to give the impression that 'Highfield James' is a major player in the recruitment arena.

In reality he has very, very poor vocal & written skills and makes absolutely no attempt to find out more about a candidate nor the role that's being sought. It's literally 'Have a look at the job description and let me know'.

I suggest that 'Tom Hiley' simply trawls sites such as Indeed, TotalJobs etc and weakly attempts to match those seeking positions with jobs advertised elsewhere in the hope that he'll be fortunate enough to claim payment for his success.

If further proof were needed of the validity of this gentleman, at the time of writing this review the business address on the website didn't match that shown on a Google search.

Quite sad really.

Awful company to deal with.
Tom initially contacted me after finding my CV on a job site. We discussed a role he thought I would be suitable for and he arranged an interview over Skype. He called me the morning of the interview before it was due to take place but that was the last I heard from him. I messaged him a week later and received nothing back. I then messaged him another week later requesting that he delete my information and CV, only then did he reply, having the audacity to tell me that I should have phoned him. Unfortunately that has not been an option for me.
Extremely unprofessional company, not one I would deal with or recommend to anyone.
