Went to post a Corona virus test, via a Priority Post Box as listed on the Royal Mail website as Southwell Post Office (I also rang the Gov uk number which confirmed they were a location you could do this). They didn't know what a priority box was, so I explained it was listed on their website. They then patronisingly told me they 'didn't have a website'. Very unprofessional
