We have been dealing with Lauren at about mortgages to arrange our mortgage and insurance protections for our upcoming move. Lauren has made the whole process absolutely fantastic from our initial phone conversations to final offers and approvals. She is very attentive, professional and knowledgeable, always very responsive via phone or email and managed to make our rather complex mortgage application as straightforward as possible with a fantastic result. I cannot hesitate in making recommendations to contact Lauren at about mortgages, this has by far been the most positive experience I have ever had in dealing with a broker for mortgage and insurances. Lauren did not push us into any insurance products which I really appreciated however on her recommendations I feel she made a very fair offer of products and I went ahead with them and feel we have purchased products at a very competitive price that meet our needs. Overall the whole process has been incredibly positive, Lauren is always very responsive with queries and thoughts. I have recommended Lauren to many friends and will continue to recommend and deal with her always regarding mortgage and insurance products! Cannot recommend highly enough!
