Phil was extremely helpful at every step of the process from trying to fix my original laptop suffering from 'blue screen of death' and when that couldn't be done, arranging for a new one and assisting with the set up. He made an inconvenient and annoying issue, pain free to resolve. 🙂

Appalling service, extremely slow to respond . A number of the team who have joined lately do not seem to know what they're doing as there have been many occasions where i've had multiple call backs in an attempt to resolve a simple issue and/or been online with them where they have disappeared and not responded until the following day due to them seeking advice from a senior on standard procedures. They were due to build x10 brand new laptops and have them shipped to us, this took close to 6 months to complete. They also lost one of them which took even more time to finally relocate. We have been out of contract with them trying to switch to an alternative provider, they have not been very cooperative and have been holding our details hostage since April - we are now in August. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I have no way of knowing how to contact this company. I have emailed accounts, called accounts and left a message on serval occasions for three months I have not had a reply. I have even called the support number and emailed sales. This is one of the reasons I moved my business, simply dont care about customers. I have no idea what I have to do to speak to someone in this business. AVOID!

Air IT Have been our provider for support and operations for years now, and their service offering is second to none. All team members are a pleasure to deal with.

Had a recent issue where we were migrating hosts for our main site, and AirIT happily liaised with our developers and made the switch over very painless and quick.

Thanks to Curt & Ryan for their last minute help (and some late night email chains!) on this one. Should mention Paul, Simon, Jakub and the wider team also, for the consistent, freindly support they provide us. Highly recommended, for businesses large or small.
