I just wanted to take the time to write a review as a business i know how much it can help and how many who have a good service don't take the time to do it.

i contacted ark for a network socket in one from of my house to my airing cupboard, they was able to neatly do two network sockets in the walls only a few days after my enquiry one week before Christmas. If you are struggling with poor internet connectivity on devices in rooms then i highly recommend a dedicated cable install like this.

Absolutley terrible service, avoid use at all costs. The website blocking algorithm they use is just plane stupid, blocking websites such as wikipedia, google when using phrases like hard maths questions and even harmless things such as spotify, those are just to name a few. To me it appears there are more blocked websites than ones you can actually use. Seriously avoid use of this terrible company if you'd like to be able to actually browse the web without being heavily inhibited.
