Visited and sat for over 45 minutes.... 20 minutes prior to them closing was told they would have to call me instead as they didn't have time.

Thank you Citizens Advice.... No help at all.

Probably a good thing as last time I used CAB (10 years ago) they gave me the worst advice and it had long lasting repercussions.

Extremely helpful staff, was able to walk in and only after a short wait, meet with someone who was able to give the advice and direction that was needed, and with a follow up appointment everything that I required assistance with has been dealt with quickly. Thanks.

Had a appointment for 10am today
was the first one in the building waited till 11.30 to see someone to be given a helpline phone number to ring when I get home wouldn't advise anyone to use spennymoor branch unless you not in a hurry
