Very disappointed phoned to ask about passport renewal was told to come any after 1pm on any day went over on a Saturday to find there is now an A4 sheet of paper with the opening times that you can apply for your passport I was there on time had to wait in the que which made me 5 minutes over the time and the staff member refused to do my renewal saying I would have to come back next week so completely wasted my time they should have the passport times cleanly stated on the website.

Called in today to find staff, Gemma in particular cos she served me, still polite, smiling and welcoming. They do a fantastic job in keeping us customers served and always ask his we are doing, especially in these strange, difficult times. A huge THANK YOU to them all for unstinting work for us all.

Dark gentleman dismissed me very rudely be cause I went to ask a question on dvla form which the dvla told me they would assist on second time this type of him from him, the girls in there have no issue helping such a let down
