Booked our summer holiday with Tui using the St Austell to Zante. Store customer service great. Debbie went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing time. Would highly recommend this store. It's always nice to sit down and discuss options. Debbie has a amazing knowledge of the world and particularly Greece. We stayed in in lovely hotel.

Me and my Wife found our dream holiday on the Tui website but wanted to book it face to face with a Tui rep to make sure we hadn’t forgotten anything silly or missed any Deals, Phoebe was fantastic. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. She even saved us a couple quid and gave us some really helpful advice and tips. Phoebe is easily 5* and deserves a new/faster computer.

Another amazing holiday organised by Phoebe at Tui St Austell. Last night of our first trip to Turkey and we’ve had the best time. We were a little apprehensive booking this hotel but Phoebe was able to put our mind at rest and helped us research the area. Highly recommended Hotel Greenland slightly away from the hustle and bustle however with a push of a button on a tree a taxi appears! Taxis are really reasonable no more than 200tl (£6) to go out and about. We went on an amazing boat trip, relaxing Turkish bath and a day trip to a private beach club. Fantastic holiday again, thank you Phoebe and Tui.

Booked a holiday to Crete today. Leanne was most helpful in getting various prices so that we could weigh up the options of what we wanted, and we never felt under any pressure to rush and book until we had all the information we wanted. I cannot rate TUI St Austell highly enough. I find the team so very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Each time I have been in to book a holiday it has been stress free and tailored to your needs. There is constant communication to help you along the way till you depart on your holiday and they are always at the end of the phone if you have any questions or need anything.
We were also told about some amazing excursions that we can do on holiday and went ahead and booked these. I really do prefer to go into the store rather than booking online, it makes it so much easier. Thankyou so much TUI St Austell, I will be in again to book our next holiday soon.😊

Booked with Tui St Austell many times over the years and always been very satisfied with the customer service and knowledge.
Recently we booked a holiday for May this year, I went in with a long list of requirements for our young family and all the boxes were ticked. Patsy booked our holiday and was absolutely wonderful entertaining my young daughter for 2 hours, even giving her biscuits! For the first time ever I actually had doubts about the hotel we had booked once I got home and the next day I anxiously went back to enquire about an upgrade/change, this was absolutely no problem and resolved within 20 mins, all the staff are fab! I came in to St Austell Tui with not much intention of going anywhere, to my surprise I was greeted by 2 girls, Hanna and Phoebe who got talking to me and my partner and I thought they were brilliant. So much so we decided to look into a holiday. We haven’t booked yet but we’re deciding where we want to go and we will definitely be going back thanks to these 2 brilliant young ladies!
