Great service. I went to see Eden for a pamper and to ease my achy back and shoulders from carrying a heavy bag for my work. It felt like something was trapped and it was really starting to affect daily movement.

I love the way Sarah-Jane combines natural health wellbeing, massage and holistic health and she made me feel calm and relaxed as soon as I stepped through the door. She used a combination of techniques including hot
stones, aromatherapy oils, gun and sports techniques to release the pain, wow what a release and then completed with a Tropic facial with helpful tips on best products for my skin type and how to use. I came out feeling thoroughly relaxed and pampered. I’d certainly recommend Eden Hypnotherapy for natural heath, wellbeing and beauty to others. Magic.

I’ve been seeing Sarah-Jane for a year now, she has not only calmed the anxiety storm in my mind, but given me tools to control it at home too. She has opened my eyes to a whole world that I didn’t know i needed. She’s quite simply the most lovely person, and will go out of her way to accommodate you and your needs. She has a wonderful spa area for your body, but provides a wonderful spa for your head too. I know when I haven’t been in a while, Sarah-Jane grounds me, and I’m so glad I found her.

I visited SJ after suffering with a bad back for a few weeks. I thought it was a lower back pain I was suffering from but SJ discovered the issue was coming for the top of my back (and my posture when sat at my computer.- oops!)

I went to the morning meditation and it was a a great way to start your day. SJ garden is so relaxing and it’s good to be out with nature. I found the tapping very powerful, the statements you speak out loud are really positive for your mindset, and then you get lovely pastries and tea/ coffee after meditation.
