I am a retired professor of International Property development and management. In my 40 years of corporate working prior to academia, I have never seen a more professional and well detailed survey that was to all intent and purpose for a simple home. This company and the surveyor far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend their services.

Really disappointing.

There website is misleading, the L3 Survey is advertised as a more comprehensive option than the L2 Survey.

Paid for a L3, only to be told a valuation isn't included and I would need to pay and rebook a separate valuation survey once I got the report.

Done me for the best part of a grand.

Few others have mentioned survey supposed to take between 1-3 hrs but 40 mins at best.

Raised concerns with Rachel Roblin the Sales Manager and her attitude was horrendous.

Instead of trying to address my concerns, Rachel jumped to 'Shall I cancel your survey then?'

Really unprofessional company, wish I used a different provider. Hopefully you read this and don't make the same mistake I did.

Survery completed 8 working days ago and I've still not received my report. I was advised I would receive it within 5 working days which increased to 5-8 working days and now 9. I spoke to gentleman who gave me 'a scouts promise' I would receive it by day 8 (today), however, I have just called and apparently they need further information from the surveyor and it will be a further 2 days. I would not have used Cosey Homes if I knew the report would take this long and I've lost trust in the service they are providing.

I recently tried to book a survey with Cosy Homes Surveyor, and I must say, their pricing is incredibly misleading. Their website advertises a flat rate for their services on their instant quote calculator, which seemed reasonable. However, when I called to book the survey, I was shocked to learn that the price would be higher based on the number of bedrooms in my house. Nowhere on their website or in any of their emails do they mention that their pricing is dependent on the number of bedrooms. This kind of hidden cost is unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Customers deserve transparency in pricing, not surprises when they pick up the phone to book a service.

Just received my Home Report Survey from Cosey Homes and can advise it is very comprehensive and points out areas that need immediate action or follow up or a need to ensure maintenance is carried out to ensure no future problems arise.
Inspected inside and out with pictures to give a clearer picture of any explanations.
I will certainly take on board the recommendations and take further action prior to signing contracts.

Great price compared to others, Booking was easy with Jessica, level 3 survey report was comprehensive with pictures, diagrams, explanations, etc. Many thanks Jordan for the great report which made our decision so much easier regarding in purchasing our next house,. Regards
