Our aerial fell down. They arranged the job next day. David came as promised, gave us a reasonable quote and replaced the aerial, pole and cable in around an hour and a half. We are very pleased with the results and would certainly recommend them.

The service started well as a pleasant man called Ian was able to call on the same day that I called. He said the mast head amplifier needed replacing and I paid £120 cash with assurance that I had a 12 month guarantee and to let him know if we had any problems.
That same night we realised the problem had not been fixed, the TVs were still halting and pixelating. I called and spoke to Darryl who said that he would try and get someone back that day or if not it would be after the weekend. I called again to check on a time and was told Monday afternoon and Ian would call before hand. Today is Thursday and he has still not been back. I have left several messages and no one has had the manners to call me back. Very poor service .

Bradley was very helpful, he explained what he was doing though out. Giving me the best options available & keeping me up to date with everything he was doing. He tuned TV's & made sure they were working before he left. Excellent work. Would recommend.

I want two new high gain aerials.
I tried to contact using their online contact form, but after three days I got no reply.
I phoned the Southport number agreed an appointment for the following Tuesday, it's now Friday and I've had no visit or phone call.
I've given one star because I can't give zero stars.
No recommendation from me I'm afraid...

Had a major tv reception problem..spoke to liam from northwest aerials.he said someone would come n sort..enter stage left DAVE...so good, was a job , but he got stuck in, solved and then fixed it..! was on roof...in loft.. n he just sorted it for me! Great friendly guy, cleaned up super nice..a credit to the company...so the moral of the story is, if you are having issues and are thinking who to call .call these!!..thankyou..

Although the young man was very pleasant and he respected the latest covid rules. He took the cable right down the middle of my white painted house and it looks awful. Had he followed the old cable I would have given 5 stars.
