I have had an excellent experience using 7H and Alec on two occasions. I had Level 2 surveys with very concise and to the point reports which focused on any major issues. On both occasions I was able to pick up the phone to Alec and he would explain the report and any findings as well as answering my questions. Also at a very reasonable price. Alec did a fantastic survey on the property we are buying.
He was also very patient as the owner of a previous property we were buying decided to take it off the market whilst he was standing at the door waiting for entry to carry out the survey.
