I had a bad experience too. James lives minutes away from my home so I thought great, he's just around the corner.
James came to my house to help me with a form from the valuation Office. After a few minutes he'd completed it. All I had to do was sign it. I was well impressed. BUT the form wasn't filled in correctly at all.
I rang him but no answer or contact. Eventually he replied saying he was on annual leave. To cut a story short he ignored my phone calls, emails, text messages AGAIN. So I found a reliable accoutant. Be warned everyone. This guy isn't what you need.

When I set up my business just over a year ago I employed an accountant recommended by a friend but I never felt comfortable asking all my first-timer questions and I felt very unsupported. A couple of months after I decided to look for someone else and I found James. Wow! What a difference! No question is silly and I now feel really supported in an area of the business which previously concerned me greatly. James is patient and thorough in his explanations and very responsive. He really is the ultimate professional in all his dealings. I can't recommend him highly enough.
