Excellent service. Sarah is knowledgeable and really listened to my observations and reasons for seeking an assessment. Sarah thoroughly explained the assessment process which helped to manage my expectations and understand the possible outcomes. This made me feel that whatever the assessment results, I had someone 'on my side'. Sarah liaised directly with the school finding a suitable date to do the assessment. Sarah also gave advice how to support my child after the assessment had taken place to settle them back into the school day. The report was sent promptly after the assessment and was very detailed. Recommendations were clear and practical. I would highly recommend Sarah's service.

Sarah was fantastic from start to finish. Providing excellent pre assessment guidance, with an over lay test. Her communication with school, prior to the test was swift and clear. She conducted the test with my son within his school environment; he instantly warmed to Sarah and found the assessment to be fun and not in anyway a test or stressful experience. The quick follow up call was appreciated with lots of detail and clarity. Which a few weeks later was accompanied by a very thorough review and recommendations. I’ve spoken since with school and they too couldn’t sing high enough praises of Sarah, how she conducted herself in school and of the final report sent over.
