I found the Qure Group very efficient and helpful during the whole process.
They kept in touch regularly and chased up any requests for information (from me) to encourage me to pass over the necessary information they needed to make the claim.
They always responded - almost immediately - if they had any questions.
They were always helpful during telephone conversations.

They made the whole process for us as simple as possible too.

We were impressed by the professionalism of the person who came to inspect the system.

Once all the relevant information had been submitted, it was then a case of waiting to here what decision had been made.

The day after I received the confirmation letter with the final report from the bank I received a call (and an email) saying that the Bank had authorised Qure to share the final report, so had the letter not arrived, I would have been kept in the loop.

When the whole process started (including receiving the original letter from the Bank) I was sceptical and wondered if this was just an elaborate hoax, so proceeded with great caution initially.

The whole process started in July 2024 and was settled in a very reasonable way by December 2nd.

They also provided a quote to make good the problems with the solar thermal system.

I thank Qure Group (and particularly Tracey Dilworth and David James) for their assistance with this case.
