Delivery attempted at 9.36 and instructions left, we are a factory with 5 staff in at the time, a wagon and pick ups parked outside, doors open to the office and a sales yard you can drive into. I’m not so sure anyone has really attempted to deliver to us today.

Card posted through letter box yet i was home! Dog is very vocal & not a peep? Not 1st time its happend either! Maybe if they did'nt strike they would take time to actually knock on peoples doors! I now have to take time off & loose wages just to pick up a letter!! Cheers Royal Mail!

Getting tired of the number of deliveries that were "unsuccessful" in being delivered. No knock, no card through the door and funnily enough no person with a package within view of the camera we have monitoring the whole of the front area of the property.

Don't try calling, there's never anyone to answer the call and the number of times I've gone to retrieve the parcel and they're closed is just farcical.

Packages heavily damaged with valuable goods inside and tape with fragile written on clearly showing the contents are to be handled with care..
Boxes opened.... Goods delivered broken and damaged...

Useless, inept, pathetic is too nice to describe the experience. My wife was unable to collect a parcel that was sent to me, my wife presented ID with our address on, same surname, told sorry you can't collect the parcel. This is MY WIFE you incompetent fools. If my wife was in the house they wouldn't even ask for ID and would let her sign for it!!! or anyone else answering the door for that matter. Incompetent fools. Opening hours that are totally useless for working families. 07.00am to 12.00 lunchtime. How is anybody supposed to be able to collect a parcel? I work away!!
No wonder the post office is in the sorry state that it is. DPD, DHL, Hermes always manage to either deliver or I'm able to collect at 8 or 9 pm at night.

I was posting a parcel and took it here as they printed the labels off. When I got there for wotever reason the QR code would not download, the lady there was absolutely fantastic and asked me to emai it to her colleague who then printed it from the email. Really grateful to them both much appreciated.

Royal Mail is a corrupt organisation protected by the corrupt judges in the Durham court system. Royal Mail withheld mail over the last two years which is a criminal offence and the corrupt so called judges threw my case out of court even though there was more than enough evidence throughout the uk to win my case. Royal Mail are making £millions every year from lost or none delivered mail from companies and the general public with no one in government investigating
