Garry and his team really knows their stuff. Back in 2020 we were renovating an old Edwardian house with damp issues, caused by the previous owners installing a concrete sub-floor, and trapping moisture. Garry recommended we take the whole thing up, and install a limecrete floor, limestone tiles, natural wool insulation, and lime plaster on the walls. 5 years on and we live in a lovely dry house. Thank you Garry!

I was impressed with Gary's professionalism from very first contact. He responded promptly to my emails and questions - and conducted the survey in the timescale I requested. The survey was thorough and clearly presented. Gary was happy to talk me through some of the details I was not sure of - and he was very knowledgeable and personable. A nice change to have someone involved in the process of house purchase who is actually customer focused and delivers as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Gary / Shore Associates to anyone who requires a survey.

Just a note to say Garry was absolutely fantastic and provided a really thorough report.

I also really appreciated the fact it's written in plain english and not filled with jargon that is often easy to overlook.

I would just like to add some substance about Antoinette Sherratts negative comment. Our T&C's state the invoice shall be paid before we do our survey. The above lady seemingly forgot that part so therefore the survey was cancelled. Funny how that part was not added to the comment.

Unfortunately we had very poor service from this Company who cancelled a confirmed appointment with no prior contact for a survey which had been booked in. This was a follow up survey so work had already been given to the company and Mr Shore has proved to be unreliable
