I was amazed at the brilliant service, care and support from One Ashford Hospital. Special mention to Perry the porter who took me to my room and putting me at ease. Everyone was welcoming, kind and I felt really looked after. Post surgery care has been equally good. A modern, clean and uplifting hospital with staff who go the extra mile.
The physio department post-treatment was particularly impressive - shout-out to Harriet Edwards who gave me brilliant exercises, tips and encouragement - I can now wear gloves, hold hands and grip heavy weights. Amazing!!!

I was thoroughly impressed by the whole experience. From reception desk to discharge the service was impeccable. I have no reservations in recommending this wonderful hospital and staff. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained in layman’s terms. From the simplest of things like the use of the T.V , personal on suite shower room etc to more complex explanations of the procedure, anaesthesia all in calm thoughtful manner.
Procedure and recovery excellent.
A massive thank you to all the staff inclusive of Consultant Mr Steven Lau who all acted with outstanding professionalism.

The staff at One Ashford were extraordinary. They were not only the best professionals but also warm, compassionate and extremely patient. The nurses and theatre staff were friendly and the conversations I had before, during and after my procedure took my mind off things and helped me get through. The advice and care I received was exceptional, every one took the time to listen, treat and ensure I was well and in a good place.

My experience with One Ashford Hospital was very good. All of my hospital appointments went smoothly. Staff on reception were always friendly polite and helpful. Nurse’s and staff on my ward and at the X-Ray and MRI department were always friendly and professional.

Had a great experience- my daughter was treated kindly and with respect. From booking with Sarah, through to help and advice getting our prescription - everyone was brilliant. Dr Shah was thorough and engaged so well with my daughter, who was quite anxious. The paediatric nurse working with him - E? - took the time to check things with my daughter and explain things, making her feel reassured and looked after. I can’t thank you enough for the service we received.

I was lucky enough to have found Mr Matthew Oliver and his Orthopaedic team at One Ashford to undertake my hip replacement operation. I am now 2 weeks post op and feeling strong and very well. From my first visit the whole team have been friendly, caring and professional. I felt very confident throughout my journey. I would like to pay particular thanks to the anesthetist's, Harry and Richard for taking great care of me just prior to the operation and the whole nursing team for making me feel comfortable from my admission until I went home.
