I’ve just come home from having my hair transplant at KSL clinic in Kent.
Aswell as being absolutely thrilled with the outcome of my surgery, I’m very grateful for the work done by Dr. Nishal and his team, Shiph and Sana. Their vast experience is clear to see as they kept me up to date throughout and made sure I knew everything that was going on. “Very good” is not good enough for Dr Nishal, he works to perfection, nothing less.

As for the clinic itself and the service they provide, I couldn’t ask for any better from the moment I walked in, Harrington welcomed me and made me feel very assured and comfortable before meeting the rest of the team.
Coming away after the surgery, I have been given all the information I need but they are only a phonecall away to answer any questions.

I couldn’t recommend KSL clinic enough and I’m very grateful for the experience I was given.

Excellent customer service, advice and attentiveness shown throughout the journey, from first consultation to operation day. KSL did not promise they could help my situation until assessing me in-person, making a welcome change from those who will tell clients they can resolve the issue regardless just to acquire new business. The non-medical staff are super helpful throughout, and are available anytime to answer any questions.

Very pleasant experience from beginning to end at KSL - both on the day of my procedure 2 weeks ago - and also the recovery period! This was my second hair transplant (my first one was in turkey and that was a horrible experience).
Dr Nishal at KSL was incredibly calming and explained everything so simply. His surgical team (Brooke and Martin) were also very professional in their approach - All three were very skilled in their work - Their work was very precise and never rushed. I had clear instructions all day regarding the procedure. I can honestly say it was a walk in the park compared to my 1st experience in turkey. At KSL I had hardly any scabs on my head from the procedure, so the recovery of my scalp was pretty much instant. I also had zero swelling in my head during recovery. The whole process was perfect!
