I needed help filling out some paperwork but my solicitor avoided meeting me despite several requests, he then eventually cited COVID as a reason to not meet.

Later I emailed the document thinking everything was fine. On the day of the court hearing my solicitor does not attend, the Judge informs me the solicitor had emailed him to say I was not cooperating with him! It turned out the solicitor did not check his spam emails and did not bother to contact me.

In the end this had a big impact on my life. This really says a lot about this practices professionalism and how much they care about its clients.
