Information is key so let’s just say they have clearly dropped it.
It’s now taken 15 months and we still are no wiser or closer to sorting out my mother’s estate.
Second email recently sent and still no response, and before being asked for the same information more than once, which no doubt will be at our expense. Deeply frustrating for our family.
I would think twice before stepping through their door!

Poor communication to say the least. Numerous phone calls made and not even the decency to return the call(s) Would not recommend at all.

Do not buy a property that are using these as conveyancers. They lie, ignore, deflect and stall which has ended up costing me another £2500 in service charge and rent. Honesty is not a word in their vocabulary. 9 months and counting.
