We are first time buyers and decided to use Chris Clark solicitors to carry out our conveyancing mainly due to the very competitive price.
We had Ken Calladine assist us and I am very happy with the service we received, he took control of everything whilst explaining what was happening throughout the process, but the main thing for me was that he was honest and didn’t give us false hope unlike other solicitors within the chain which caused us all multiple issues.

I honestly couldn’t recommend the conveyancing work we had enough to others.

On top of this his communication is exceptional, keeping you informed at all times with updates and offering expert advice/guidance throughout the process. I should add that this engagement has been managed remotely because whilst I am from Stafford, the property was in London. This proves that you can work remotely and not pay through the nose for a London based solicitor for a fraction of the quality. I will not hesitate from working with Mr Ken Calladine again.

If you’re the type of person that relies on Google reviews when selecting a company to handle your business then I urge you to dismiss the below negative comments. I personally have used Chris Clark Solicitors on 3 separate occasions, when buying our first property, later selling that property and more recently the purchase of our new property last month. The last two times our affairs were handled by Ken Calladine who is a top bloke, very efficient, professional and knowledgeable, being competitive with their pricing is just an added benefit and another reason you should look no further for all of your legal requirements! Cliche but if I could give 10 stars I'd give 20. The overall service we received here was excellent but Ken in particular was just amazing. The attention to detail was 2nd to none but how Ken personally went over and above for us when we needed it most, and without us even asking, was just beyond words.
I cannot recommend Kens services highly enough and we will certainly be using Chris Clarke solicitors whenever the need arise in the future.
