From when we first decided to move, Jackson Stops were amazing. Nick Pattison gave us some excellent advice and we were able to secure our new home successfully. During the course of the sale and purchase, the whole team at Jackson Stops gave us support whenever we needed it. Our questions were answered promptly - by Natalie, Dawn, Rosie, Sarah and Christine. This level of support was really appreciated especially when matters became a little 'tricky' towards completion. Nick, Natalie, Margaret and the rest of team at Jackson Stops were really supportive throughout the whole process. The team led by Robert Godfrey recently sold my late mothers house in Northamptonshire.My sisters and I were very impressed by the high standard of customer service we received.
We found Robert ,Margaret,Sara and Natalie to be very genuine and honest in our dealing with them.
We did not have to chase them up for feedback from viewers.If I emailed Robert he would reply very quickly.
As my mother’s house was empty and my sisters and I all live far away the team were very diligent at checking on the house on a regular basis .
I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent ,so much was our satisfaction with their services we have a second property for sale with them.
When we was initially going to put my mothers house on the market we had valuations from 3 other Northamptonshire based Estate Agents .What we liked about Robert was that he didn’t just tell you what he thought you wanted to hear or put any pressure on us to go with JacksonStops or did he come across as a “Yuppy” “flash” or “ having the gift of the gab”!!
