Simply the Best!!!
I recently underwent, probably the most complicated property purchase under the affordable housing scheme. From the very beginning - obtaining a mortgage (not many mortgage providers lend on the scheme) to completion Wendy from Evans Ash was ahead of the game. She worked continuously to ensure everyone understood the complexities of the process, she liaised between my solicitors, the vendors solicitors and the City Council to ensure everything was on track. We had more than expected (inevitable) delays and Wendy worked tirelessly to resolve all the issues. Without exception, if I called her she responded straight away. I have no doubt that, without Wendy from Evans Ash, I might well have lost the opportunity to buy my apartment. I would, without any reservations, highly recommend the company (and Wendy in particular) to anyone looking for help when finding a suitable mortgage and looking for a safe pair of hands to help you through the conveyancing process.
