We began our first talks in regards to our property with Natalie, along every step of the way she reassured us and helped towards the purchase of our property. Not only did she go above and beyond but she provided us with complete reassurance in our purchase of the sale. Without Natalie it wouldn’t have been possible. She was available whenever I needed to pick up the phone and was pro active in contacting all parties throughout. Natalie is a kind and pure hearted person who soon became a rock to me in the purchase of my new home. It’s rare that you have dealings with people who generally care and want to help as much as Natalie did, she understands and has a huge amount of compassion for her customers. Natalie has been absolutely outstanding! She continued to go above and beyond. Natalie is an asset to the shared ownership shop. And absolute credit to your company, I wish she could get some kind of recognition for how amazing she has been.

We had the most wonderful experience with Natalie and Michala from the shared ownership shop during our first home purchase. The Shared Ownership Shop made the whole process perfectly clear and I felt like I was being looked after by professionals with my best interests in mind. Buying my first home, I had no idea what I was getting myself into! From start to finish, Natalie expertly described everything to me, without hesitation (considering how many questions I fired her way), whilst offering perfect clarity. Couldn’t thank everyone at the Shared Ownership Shop enough- Especially Tyler, Harry and Natalie!! Tyler helped in the first instance, explaining what will happen once we’d been accepted for the house and making sure we understood what would happen from day 1... Harry was on hand to let us into the house when we needed to measure up (and show the parents around!)-can’t thank him enough for his patience, we had him running back and forth quite a bit over the past few months! ...and Natalie was an absolute super star in ensuring everything went through efficiently.
