After 20 years in the Army and 9 operational tours including Ireland Iraq and Afghanistan the Afghanistan tour took its toll on me after being injured and losing my closest friends, I received some therapy from the military but after 2 years of being ill I was finally medically discharged with complex PTSD, personality disorder, socail disorder, severe depression and anxiety and survivors guilt, and an attempt on my own life and by some miracle then put in touch with SSAFA who then put me onto Mr Ray as I call him. Now me being very closed down and no confidence in anyone or myself he worked what I can only say magic with what he does, numerous sessions and his will to fix me has without doubt made me better, not only better but to go on a complete courses in the close protection and medical world I never thought possible and as a result I've never ever been so good, slept so well and live my life with my family in the happiest loving way possible, please if u need help Ray is 💯 your man his therapy works and works well.
I now work as a close protection team leader looking after high profile people and family life has never been so good and just keeps getting better, I probably owe my life to this bloke and the others that got me in contact.

Before starting to see Ray at RPD Consultants I was in a very dark place and didn’t want to go at all as I thought that nothing would work and it would just be another therapist who didn’t understand me or how I felt. When meeting Ray for the first time he was very welcoming and talked me through the different techniques he uses for trauma removal and what he thought would be best for me based on my personal problems, I was instantly intrigued but still wary and didn’t believe that he could completely understand or make me feel better about the things I was having troubles with. After going to Ray for a few sessions I began to feel like a weight had been lifted off me and the amount of relief this gave me is unexplainable, he gave me so much hope for the future and made me feel like I wasn’t alone in what I was dealing with. Things that had burdened me for years where slowly becoming more and more manageable and he even uncovered things that I didn’t know where there/causing me grief. If anyone reading this is having mixed thoughts about reaching out and getting help I strongly urge you to take the step because if I hadn’t done so I don’t know where I would be now and the amount my life has changed for the better since Ray helped me is unimaginable.
