I have known Justin for well over 20 years as worked with him previously at Kingston recruitment. I was out of work for a while and called up and greeted by a very familiar voice and what can absolutely lovely chat reminiscing on work from years ago. Amazing consultants here at Insight Recruitment, very professional and understanding of different needs from their staff.
Giving staff a phone call to see how they did at their first job, debriefing of what went well & what was your favourite thing about the job.
Treat you like a human & not like a machine. They care about how you feel and your workload.
Arranging transport for those who doesn’t drive, which means they will still get fluent work coming through. I’ve heard of many agencies, but Insight Recruitment is the only agency I’ve known that arranges your transport to and from work free of charge.
