Thanks to Rob we finally got our planning permission which hasn't been easy to get approval but finally after 2 applications we got there. Rob always kept us updated and battled through our application which has been very stressful for me. Would highly recommend Rob and would definitely use again. Thanks again Rob a great Christmas present for us 🥳

Exceptional service from Rob. From our initial meeting onsite to the granting of 3 permissions we could not have asked for more . He is encyclopaedic in his knowledge of the planning process, he gave us options timescales and recommendations to suit our vision . He was tenacious in representing our interests and kept us regularly up to date with progress reports . It is rare today to have total confidence in a professional person . In Rob we did and do .

Rob has been fantastic. It took me ages to find someone who would take my case on, as it wasn't the 'regular' kind of planning application. Rob kept me updated and gently badgered the local authority (won't say which one!!) until we finally got the planning permission granted. I would highly recommend Rob.

We had Rob recommended to us by a close friend , Rob came out to see us and advised us of which area to put our propsed stables and arena on where he thought was best to gain planning permission . Throughout the whole process Rob communicated with us frequently and kept us up to date . Rob was on hand at all times to answer any quieries we had . We had an objection and Rob did everything he could to get this resolved . Thankfully Rob managed to get our new stables and arena passed . I would definantly reccomend Rob to anyone who requires a proffesional service .
