I cannot rate Bluebird Stafford highly enough if you are considering getting help for someone elderly. They have supported my mother for several years. The care is consistently of the highest standard. Not only is the care good but the administration is exceptional. If you phone the office they know exactly what is going on and will always try and find solutions to the issues you are facing.

All i can say from the moment you walk in to introduction to going out in the community you are fully supported by all office staff and other carers nothing is to much trouble for any of them.
Company offers great rates of pay, up to date training, employee of the month, Mental health meetings and always opportunties to climb the ladder.

Hi everyone,
My personal experience as a live-in carer under bluebird care Stafford has been an amazing, inspiring and peaceful experience so far. I also commend the placement manger Ms Laura Daniels for creating a safe, warm, strong communication channel that works effectively.
First time we arrived at the customer’s home was 25th July 2022, I was introduced to them by the placement manager.
They welcomed me warmly, gave me a tour of their home, a room was already arranged for me in a very pretty way, I loved it.
My first 3days in their home, we were mostly bonding, getting to understand each other to ensure every need is met.
We created a routine together that works for us like time for shopping , for breakfast, time for dinner etc. My customers treat me with love, care and inclusiveness, making sure I eat, get enough sleep, show interest about my life outside work. Overall we work as a team and family.
My experience so far has been amazingly smooth and I am happy to say I am still working with the same family ever since and I love it.
