Needing to get a house valuation for probate, I contacted numerous surveyors in the area. Of them all, Crookshank's was the most proactive from the get-go. The person I dealt with, Emma, was professional, friendly and communicative from start to finish, and gave a a very competitive quote.

She showed up exactly when she said she would, and had the initiative to check the map first to find out exactly where to come, as the house is pretty hard to find out in the country. She was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and competent. She spent a good deal of time surveying the property and then had the report back to us within 48 hours.

I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Crookshank and Co. for surveys and house valuations. Very impressed. Five stars.,

Superb experience from beginning to end; I can't recommend Emma highly enough. She responded to my enquiry the same day, and discussed my needs over the phone to ensure I fully understood all options before proceeding. She was professional, warm, and explained rather complex concepts with a refreshing clarity. The survey was booked in quickly and I had a PDF copy of the report and follow-up phone call to discuss findings within 24 hours of the survey. I still can't quite believe the speed with which Emma worked. The report was thorough and Emma ensured I fully understood the findings. Working with Emma has been the easiest and least stressful part of the entire purchase and I can't thank her enough!
