What can I say about this guy. Took me time to write this review as I needed my wife Jade to help me write alongside me as I was so overwhelmed those 3 weeks to completion. The long and short of it is I was buying a property on auction and I had paid £14000 auction fees and £37500 deposit for the property and the bridging loan co pulled out a week before completion. Mohit stepped in and got me an emergency bridge and got us completed in 10 days. Although the common knowledge might seem bridging lenders complete in 10 days anyways is not true as my previous bridging lender took 8 weeks including legals and pulled out 1 day before completion. Mohit helpled not only sorting the bridging lender, he took ownership speaking to council planners, my solicitors, liasoning with lender solicitors, arrange and accompany bridging lender property inspector to visit the property in a very tight timeline from Manchester – the list goes on. Me and Jade are very grateful to Mohit to save us almost £50,000 of our life savings and we all were having a meltdown and with 2 small kids it was over bearing for us losing this kind of money. I have worked with brokers before but I have never seen someone more passionate about getting things done like Mohit did. I cannot thank Mohit enough here but we will ever be so grateful to Mohit to save us not just our hard earned money, but a lot of mental agony for both of us. We wish him all the best of luck and we will be advocates forever.
