Harry was extremely very Patient and helped us get into our new Home as soon as possible with ease. Megan was very calm too she helped us & updated us time to time on everything. No matter how frustrated and angry I was but they have been very politely patient and calm. The process did take time but at the end everything was done smoothly. Be warned.

Under handed dealings.
Property advertised online, enquiry made over phone and told unable to conduct viewings as no key has yet been received, 3 calls made by 3 individuals all with same response.
Enquiry by email, response a few days later to say no longer available as block viewing conducted and offer accepted.

I wouldn’t use this agent in the future with any of my rental properties or purchases.

After switching agents, Harry immediately came off with having tenacity to sell our 2 bed flat in Staines. His energy and eagerness to help us was consistent throughout the entire process alongside Meghan's equally supportive help. They both did a fantastic job in chasing people when needed during exchange times. Their availability in communication was by far the most helpful quality for us. Would recommend!
