Well, where do I start?
Sally @ Hannah solicitors went over and beyond during our home purchase journey.
Her communication has been absolutely impeccable and we are so glad we chose Sally.
We were always kept in the loop, all updates were provided in a timely manner.
She always kept to her word.
Reassurance and guidance was provided as needed.
Sally was professional and polite in manner. Her acknowledgment emails meant the world to me.
Sally was open and honest from the beginning and worked within the timeframes communicated in the beginning- which gave us hope and confidence.
From viewing to completion only took 8 weeks, which is outstanding.

Shocking! Wills and probate department shocking communication, its always us having to chase! Continually losing documents! We only used them as they were included in the will so had no choice, 3 years and £16k later we obtained probate bearing in mind it was a very very simple will, that said the conveyancing department were amazing (also had to use them rather than a lawyer of our choice) but they were awesome, Will certainly NOT be back,
