This followed a previous purchase cycle which was difficult and could not be concluded due to a lack of critical information bring provided by the seller. Samantha advised it would not be wise to pursue that one given the lack of legal details required. It was the right decision. Have just used Samantha Cook again for a leasehold transaction which was agreed late January and exchanged contracts yesterday (well within 8 weeks) ! Most will tell you it will take 4-5 months! It does not if you use the professionals.
