Absolutely amazing experience! I went there for a facial and had an amazing treatment, lovely cozy environment, and Charlotte is extremely calm and friendly. Lovely to talk to. The room was so peaceful and I definitely will be going back! Would rate it higher if I could.

I would move to Norfolk just to have massages from Charlotte! I cannot recommend her enough. She has incredible knowledge and skills and I didn't want to leave.
If you're local or just visiting the area go and see her - you won't regret it!

Highly recommend Charlotte at The Retreat in Stalham. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a very relaxing atmosphere. Treatments are amazing as well as product selection.

I have just had the most amazing facial best ever experience I have ever had. Charlotte is a miracle worker. I actually relaxed and I am someone who struggles to do this. Cannot recommend The Retreat enough

I am so pleased I found the retreat. The knowledge and experience they showed me was unbelievable I am pain free and looking good I cannot recommend them highly enough hand magicians - truly thank you for taking my pain away well worth whatever the cost to be pain free is priceless
