What a shambles from start to finish all we instructed them to do was to register some land we purchased from our neighbours with land registry, not sure if they have a staffing issue but every time we contacted them a different solicitor was dealing with it. Shortly after what we thought was complete we decided to sell the adjoining cottage to my daughter we decided to use a different solicitor this time hopefully to get a better service only to find out what a mess the land registry was in it has cost us nearly £700 more to update and complete the deeds shocking!!! It has been suggested that Fosters have sold me a miss service . I am going into their office today as they Claim there is an outstanding bill of £250 on the account if Fosters feel this review is unjustified please feel free to discuss it further when I arrive.

After a successful outcome to my personal injury claim, and receiving such great service, I was more than happy to use Fosters again to set up a personal Injury trust. Lauren Crosby was very helpful in this process, and answered all my queries quickly and informatively.

I used to use this firm as they were a middle of the road firm, not that legally competent but their costs reflected that. However, I went back to them with a family matter, one which concerned my children. They talked a good game in the initial meeting, senior solicitor got involved. Post that meeting, only contact I had was with the trainee solicitor, Ben (who was really good and I have no problems with, he is going to have a great career as long as he leaves this firm). I then received their invoice, put it this way...save yourself the money and tears, you can do a better job yourself. Avoid like the plague.
