Great small friendly team, always make you feel like a friend rather than just an insurance number. We have stuck with the insurance centre despite getting cheaper quotes else where as you can't put a price on good customer service, and they have that in spades. You never get passed around or fobbed off, and everything is processed quickly. Really can not fault the service and we have used them for both home and car insurance for the past 3 years.

Edit: Unfortunately when our first car was due up for renewal this year the price almost doubled we rang to find out why and also having done a quick shop around and finding considerably cheaper quotes asked if they where able to reduce it. The man we would usually deal with has been moved to another office, and the lady basically told us it is what it is. We have since moved both car policies and our home insurance over to a new multi cover policy, which is costing less than the quote for the one car price hike. You can't put a price on good service, but sadly, that high level of customer service just wasn't coming through.
