I've had a rotator cuff shoulder injury for months and needed physiotherapy to improve it. I've had 5 physio sessions with Megan Pleasants and I've been really impressed. She is confident, thorough and knowledgeable. Each session was well explained, and although the treatment has been a bit
uncomfortable at times, I knew it would be! Now I have a full range of movement. Very professional and a pleasure to be with. Highly recommended.

I came away for my birthday to Southwold and treated myself to a wellness massage with Karen, oh my goodness it was amazing, I truly felt that I was the most relaxed I have been in years. I highly reccomend starting your holiday with this massage, it was hard to leave the calmness of the massage room, if only I could come here more often. Thank you Karen. X

Rebecca is a fantastic osteopath as she is so knowledgeable about the body - how it works and what structures link together. I am very hypermobile and have a lot of issues relating to it but whatever I come to Rebecca with she always knows about it and has helpful suggestions for exercises and also other medical treatments I can look into if I want to. I always feel much better after a session and walk taller too so I know her work on my posture has instant good results!

My reason for treatment was a slipped or herniated disc. It was refreshing not to given the hard sell on a block of 12 treatments. A more relaxed approach at "STR". Ali Potter is a great osteopathic practitioner who fixed my problem without any unnecessary appointments.
