Richard provided an excellent service his knowledge and willingness to help was exceptionally. We brought an 1700 century cottage and Richard conducted the survey and also offered advice as we were carrying out renovations. Thank you Richard our home is almost complete and you are welcome to pop round or coffee and see the finished item.

Very pleased I found Richard! He made himself available to answer any questions over the phone before and just after the survey. Gave him a ring the day after the survey so I could have an idea on the real state of the property and be reassured I was okay to proceed with the house sale. Richard was able to answer any query in full detail and the report we received was extremely detailed and I am grateful to have it to refer to for future extensions/home improvements. Echoing some of the other reviews, Richard is a true professional and after originally going to use one of the big surveyors recommended from the bank I opted to use a local surveyor, in comes Richard, same price as the national surveyors but far more personal, I was able to actually speak to Richard who carries out the survey and get a better understanding of the report, rather than just a representative in a call centre. Can't speak highly enough of the service provided and the manner in which Richard goes about his business. Thanks again.

Richard was excellent. I wasn't entirely sure which type of survey I needed as there seems to be various names across the industry for the same things! Richard walked me through all options and made recommendations. He didn't try to upsell or convince me to get a more expensive (but unnecessary) report as others did! The actual report completed was very detailed and exactly what I needed to purchase this particular property with confidence.
