First class service from start to finish. Ashley came highly recommended & didn't disappoint. Two previous Estate Agents had been unable to sell our property. GFW did so in a few short weeks between December & January which is the hardest period of the year for house sales. Could never recommend anyone else.

I was so glad I chose GFW. From the first phone call it was clear that the staff were very helpful and, since we were selling a house from outside the area, they gave us a lot of confidence to leave the whole matter in their hands. They guided us on a reasonable sale price and in fact secured two offers in the first week. Through their quick response time and excellent communication we were able to complete the sale within 3 months! Although their office is a distance from the high street of Barnard Castle, it made no difference to prospective buyers. If anything, it kept timewasters away. I would highly recommend this agency.

We were moving up from the south of England so were unfamiliar with the area. Our purchase was complicated due to events beyond GFW’s control. However through all the ups and downs we were kept informed and when they were able they helped move the process forward. They gave helpful recommendations when they could and were always very approachable. It was good to have a friendly person to help us through the arduous process of purchasing property.
