Jen and the team at Assist have been instrumental in my small businesses success. They offer a service which I found hard to beat when looking around 5 years ago when forming my business and came recommended by a fellow creative.

As someone who needed much guidance with finances and not being incredibly financially literate myself, Jen has always made time to respond and educate me on the areas where I need help.

Jennifer was absolutely fantastic in helping me when I found myself in a very difficult situation with HMRC. Due to errors on their side I potentially could of ended having to pay £10k plus in backdated self assessment fines. Jennifer spent a long time looking it not this and managed to get them to confirm I should have never been and not currently eligible to pay self assessment. By doing this reduced the amount by 80% in terms of what I had to pay them. She was supportive and empathetic in what was a very difficult time for me and really took a lot of pressure off me by taking this fight on for me.

I would have no problem recommending her to anyone as her knowledge and professionalism through out was outstanding and kept in constant contact with me and provided regular updates.
