I have had quite a few reflexology sessions with Nicky and each and every one has been amazing! She has helped me in so many ways via reflex - I always leave her wellness hub feeling much better, rebalanced & positive! Sometimes I think she knows more about me & my body/wellness than I do myself! But also in her mindfulness and destress classes via zoom, which have been such a help during the pandemic and endless lockdowns. I have tried a few of her room/pillow sprays which are packed with essential oils - the sweet dreams pillow spray being my favourite & knocks me out and gives me the best sleep every time I use it! I couldn’t rate Nicky highly enough my life has honestly changed for the better since visiting Nicky - so thank you so much!! 💜

I recently bought some of Nicky's room sprays and I am completely hooked!! I love them! I use the 'time to zing' regularly when I feel that I need a bit of a pick me up while working from home. I love using the 'calm me down' spray in my bedroom before I go to sleep. I also attend mindfulness and meditation classes that Nicky holds and I use the 'balance me out' spray before I join the class. I feel that using these products add to my sense of wellbeing, particularly when we all have to stay home a lot more. I would definitely recommend.

I've been taking part in Nicky's Meditation and Mindfulness, as well as other mediation sessions, for a couple of years now. They were delightful when conducted in person, but now on-line during lockdown and restrictions, they have been a real lifeline and a key element in helping me maintain balance and perspective.
Nicky's delivery is very calm and thoughtful and she creates a caring atmosphere that is inclusive, so that an online class feels as personal as a real-life session. The evening timing of online classes is great too ... and without having to then travel home, you can sink into a lovely relaxed state that helps ensure a great sleep afterwards.
I recommend Nicky's classes to anyone who would like to find some quiet or reassurance in these uncertain times.

I've been going to see Nicky for reflexology for quite some time and she is remarkable - highly professional, an excellent practitioner and also very knowledgeable in all things medicinal, helping to keep you on the right track in your life. I attend Nicky’s meditation classes twice a week and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have survived each lockdown without them, amongst other daily stresses of life the classes and what she teaches really give you coping skills to get through the hard times. Nicky is so positive and caring I wouldn’t be where I am today without her.
