Excellent experience with Mascot Property Services for our Home Buyer's Survey. Susan was quick to respond to our quote enquiry and to book in the survey. Malcolm spent multiple hours at the property and spoke to us the same evening to run through his main findings and answer any initial questions. We received a superbly detailed report complete with 40 odd pictures within a few days. Malcolm was then able to answer additional questions about the survey. An all-round professional, friendly and caring company who we'd recommend to anyone needing a trustworthy and high-standard survey.

Malcolm and Susan were both very knowledgeable and professional, and also lovely people.

I received a very in depth report complete with many pictures, and a phone call to talk me through the report and answer any questions I had.

This was also the cheapest quote I received, but would have been worth double. Brilliant.

I highly recommend Malcolm Scott of Mascot Property Services, who is a highly qualified surveyor. He carried out a very thorough SAVA Home Condition Survey on the apartment I am in the process of buying on 27th August 2020, and this survey has proved very useful : Malcolm picked up defects of which I was unaware and highlighted contractual matters to be followed up with my conveyancer. He worked over the weekend to have the officially approved SAVA survey emailed to me by Saturday ( a thorough and invaluable document over 30 pages long), and even called me on the evening of the day he carried out the survey to discuss his main findings and results with me ( and I was overseas! ) Malcolm is friendly and helpful and his survey is very competitively priced. Most highly recommended.

Malcolm carried out an energy survey on the property I was selling and a home buyers report on the property I was buying - My initial queries were very professionally handled, the survey carried out in a timely manner and on the same evening I received a telephone call to discuss the findings which was followed up with an extensive report in layman's terms with lots of photos to illustrate findings. Superb service and I strongly recommend Mascot Property Services.
